Demolition of the Old Plant
Construction of a new processing plant with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tonnes of concentrate, featuring new technology and automation, to be carried out in three phases.

Construction of a 20,000 Tonne Plant
Construction of a new flotation plant with a daily feed input capacity of 2,000 tonnes. Construction operations began in March 2021, and its first phase, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tonnes of lead concentrate, was commissioned in September 2023.
Recovery of approximately 450,000 tonnes of tailings with a grade of 0.8% and production of 40,000 tonnes of product with a grade of 8% over a period of 3 years.
